Native American Kachina Painting by "GUY NEZ, JR" 24x36 Up for bid is an original painting done by Guy Nez, Jr. He is an acclaimed Navajo artist. Winning many awards since 1968. The size of this canvas painting is 24" x 36". It does have a frame; however my grand-daughter knocked it off the wall and broke the outer frame. Could be easily repaired. The painting was not damaged in any way when she knocked it off the wall. T are no rips or tares in the canvas. Please look at the pictures carefully and note the discoloration on the back of the picture. These marks appear to be some kind of rust. I don't know for sure what it is, as I am no expert in stains or art. Is is signed in the lower right hand corner by Guy Nez, Jr. T is a story about this Kachina on the back of this painting. It tells about what he is wearing, the symbols of his head-dress and much more. I do not know the date of this painting as it is not marked.
