Thank you for looking ! I am not a expert on Native American rugs or blankets but I will do my best to describe this old blanket rug from the information that was given to me from the previous owner who had an extensive collection of Native American artifacts. It was described to me as a Navajo banded hand spun tightly woven wool blanket or rug. The blanket measures about 62 3/4 inches long and about 30 3/4 inches wide. It has four tassel corners. The colors are Red, Cream White, Brownish Mustard Tan, and Light Greyish Charcoal. The two ends with the tassels are finished in a Light Blackish color. There are NO holes or stains. As you can see in the picture one of the tassel corners needs a repair. It looks like it is all there to me. There are also a couple of pull marks in the wool weave (see the pictures) which appears to me that could be repaired if you wish. The Rug Blanket displays nicely just the way it is now. The colors are still very pleasing to the eye. The blanket has nice weight to it. Please look at the pictures!!!
