Navajo Native American Indian Jet Black Raven Fetish by David Yazzie - This beautiful jet raven fetish was hand carved by Navajo artist David Yazzie. - The bird fetish measures 2 1/4 inches tall, 1 1/4 inches long and 7/8 inch wide at the base. - The is raven is carved from jet and has turquoise eyes. - The artist's initials "DTY" are carved on the bottom of the fetish. - The raven - the beak is scratched across an afflicted person's skull, releasing its healing powers. The raven is one of only two fetishes that have healing powers. - A gift box is included with purchase. American Indians have used fetishes throughout history, especially the Southwestern Indians.
