A couple years ago I acquired the personal found collection of James Fricke, Murphysboro, Jackson County, Illinois that included this pair of neat worked slate pendant/gorget preforms and 4 stone and bone beads. One slate preform is circular and has knapped edges and is a great study piece that shows the initial method of reduction. The other preform is a rectangular piece and was in the second production stage of grinding as shown by the flattened sides. Lengths are 2 and 2.3/4 inches. The beads include 3 that look to be stone disks and the large half is bone. All are guaranteed to be 100% authentic and unaltered. If you have any questions please feel free to email me. Thank You
