Necklace Liz Palacios Blue Rhinestone Crystal Dangles Very beautiful necklace. It has blue rhinestones with white in the middle and in the big circle at the bottom has white crystals around the blue rhinestone in the middle see photo #2 for that. Very beautiful in great condition. It has a tag on the clasp that reads Lizpaiacios S.F. with a c in a circle see photo #4 for that. this necklace measures 16-1/8'' from end to end.
