These Nichols Stallion 38 Cap Guns measures 4 1/2" Barrel and 9 1/2" in length. The finish on these cap guns are very nice as shown in the photos with some minor loss of finish and play wear. I see no frame cracks. The scroll work on the barrels are clearly an outstanding part and you will see the Stallion 38 imbedded on both of the frames. The loading gates are nice and tight.. The black colored grips are nice with a minor tight stress crack on the bottom of one of the guns. These cap guns were manufactured in Pasadena, Tx. The holster is in good condition and fits the guns well. The three plastic bullets on the gun belt are there for looks only, they do not fit these guns. These guns take 6 each of the regular two piece Nichols bullets, none are included in this auction. If you are the purchaser of this item, you will find yourself the owner of a great part of the Nichols cap gun history. And if you don't believe me, ask ole Mike Nichols - He is the man. The cylinders rotate when you fan the hammer, and when you pull the triggers, the cylinders rotate and the both hammer fires just like they are suppose to.
