Looks to be complete. Yellow parts bag sealed, Rubber track, handlebar grips and decal have been stored in baggies to keep from drying out. This is MPC 408-300. MPC didn't put dates on their models, but decal has stamped date of 3-69. The box has tape damage on each of the four sides, as shown and 40+ years of shelf wear, still displays nicely. Also came with Ski-Boose trailer.
