New in box. Part of the North Pole Series by Department 56. Set includes lighted house and light cord. Other accessories shown not included. Item number is 56.56286. Now retired. Item is new in the box and has not been on display. From a smoke free home and kept from sunlight. Buyer pays a fixed UPS Ground shipping/handling/insurance cost of $11.00 added to the final price. You may pay by paypal, cashiers check, money order, or personal check(personal checks must clear bank before shipping). I will email you the UPS tracking numbers after I have shipped. Buyer is expected to contact seller within 3 days to finalize payment and address information. I ship UPS only to the lower 48 states in the USA. Since I ship UPS, I will require a street address to ship to. No post office boxes. Payment to be received within 14 days after auction ends or non-pay alert will be sent to ebay and negative feedback may be left. Insurance is included in the fixed UPS price, so this will be shipped insured. I do use the ebay checkout feature and this will speed up the transaction.
