A unique find, a brand NEW Lionel 175 Rocket Launcher that has never been taken out of it's original box. I only opened it to take pics. This was bought for me when I was around 5-6 years old in 1959. My father never gave it to me because he was afraid I'd break it. As I got older I forget about trains and moved to slot cars and this remained packed away. When my father died in 1995 I was going though his stuff and found this. I planned on making a layout but it never happened. Sold our house and we moved into a condo where there is no room for any layout now. So now I have cars which take up even more room.... My sons have no, I mean zero, interest in trains so it would be foolish handing it down to them. I mean how can a kid not like trains, what did I do wrong ???? Oh well.This will be packed very well so that both the contents and the integrity of the box arrive safely.
