Up for auction is 11 pieces of elegant NYMPHENBURG porcelain tea set , teapot ,creamer two cups and seven saucers in the SERIUS pattern. Made in the NYMPHENBURG porcelain factory, located inside NYMPHENBURG PALACE just outside of Munich, Germany ,between 1920 and 1930.The marks on the set are the famous NYMPHENBURG mark ,along with the NORDDEUTSCHER LLOYD [NORTH GERMANY LLOYD] lines mark and the name of the ship BREMEN. This was a famous German cruise ship that set several transatlantic crossing records as well as a history of use by the German military as a barracks ship during W.W. II. All pieces are free of cracks and chips although the saucers show some minor signs of wear. Still a very nice little set of fine porcelain as well as an interesting conversation piece. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have . Set will be shipped asap after payment is recieved . Thanks for looking and good luck.
