Dear Bidder, This is a 35 piece German luncheon set circa 1920. It is done in a matte cooper with gilt floral decoration. T is are two different, but complementary transfer of Angelica Kauffman paintings. Half of the set is in one with two women playing with a cherub and the other half is of four Roman women. T are 10 dessert/lunch plates that measure 7.75 in diameter with scalloped rims. T are 10 saucers measuring 5.75" in diameter. 10 cups measuring 4" wide, 3.75" deep and 2.25" high. T is a lidded tea pot that measures 8.5" high, 8" wide and 4.5" deep. A two handled lidded sugar measuring 5.25" wide, 3.5" deep and 4 3/8" high. Finally, a creamer measuring 4 7/8" wide, 3" deep and 4.5" high. T is one shallow chip on the inside of the tea pot spout, some wear to the cooper finish and gold and some yellowing on the handles. Some of the colors are slightly different on the transferware (example, one has a woman in purple dress, another has the same woman in a more brown dress). Weight is 15 pounds unpacked and will require a substantial packing job to arrive safely.
