Wonderful old ex-voto made of silver. Ex-votos were placed on the wooden saints in the churches to plead for a miracle or to thank the saint for a miracle received. This ex-voto is very large and massive. It was handmade (chased) by a silvermith and is of silver. It has a silver hanger on the back and can be used to decorate your wall.
