I found this knife at an estate sale. I am not an authority on knives. I am guessing that it is quite old. The wood appears to be rosewood. It appears that it was purchased then put away and forgotten about. The edge is very sharp and may well be the factory finished edge. The pivot point is tight. The knife appears in these photos as I got it. The only thing I have done is apply a small amount of light oil to the pivot. Overall length is almost 6 3/4". The cutting edge of the blade measures 2 9/16". T is some minor rust and discoloration. The wood is very nice with no cracks at all. The marking on the base of the blade in photo 4 is C. LUTTERS & CIE with a umlaut above the letter U. I beleive the rest of the markings are clear enough in the photos that t is no need to spell them out. If you have any questions please ask before bidding. PayPal is my preferred payment method. I will also accept a check or money order. If you pay using either of these I will wait for clearance before shipping. Shipment will be by USPS First Class Mail with a delivery confirmation number. If the selling price is $50.00 or more insurance will be required otherwise it is optional. As always I pack my items carefully and ship promptly. Thank you for looking and happy bidding.
