Gorgeous old quadruple plate silver / silverplate napkin ring with open work pattern on top: perfect to be used as toothpick holder. Features a stand base shaped as a big leaf with a small insect, t's a pear fruit with foliate by the side, gorgeous to look at from every angle. Very good condition, collectible and unusual piece!
