THIS LISTING IS AMONG OUR LAST ON EBAY!THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATRONAGE! Item Description: A 6-1/2" x 13" wooden case on a pedestal with glass front and door on reverse. Inside are two wooden crosses hanging from a single brass hook. The cross toward the case front consists of what seems to be two slats of olive wood arranged as a Roman cross approximately 4-1/2" x 7-1/2" and bearing Arabic lettering in black across the center of the horizontal.The cross toward the rear of the case seems to be assembled from two prepared and polished stems of dark rosewood with a metal/enamel cap present at two of the ends arranged as a tall Roman cross approximately 4" x 10-1/2". Two slotted screws have split the bottom of the vertical while pinning the remains of a piece of curved, whitish material. Two brads on the crosspiece, and one at the center of the upright, tranfix a thinner cross of lighter wood arranged in an "x;" one is broken off at the crosspiece nail, and read more
