Orc Industries Protective Combat Uniform (PCU) Level 5 Soft Shell Parka - Genuine Government Issue - 100% Authentic Description The Level 5 Soft Shell Parka is one of the most desired jackets of the seven layer Protective Combat Uniform (PCU) system. The item is made from an encapsulated micro fiber fabric that is breathable, stretchable, water repellent, and windproof. The Level 5 Parka, when paired with the Trouser, is the most widely used garment in the seven layer SOF-PCU system. Orc Industries had a military contract to make levels 4, 5, and 6. They fulfilled the contract and will no longer make the PCU uniform for the SOF teams/units. They do not plan on making it for the public do to its high cost to manufacture. This jacket was made at their Wisconsin plant in the United States. This item is brand new in original packaging.
