Lot Consists of a Very Hard to Find, Original DC Comics Character Ruler. 8", Eight Inch, Thin, Flexible, Translucent Plastic Ruler was a Giveaway from DC Comics in the 70's as part of a drive to promote reading. The Super Hero image on the ruler is the same that appeared on the DC Comics' Letterhead at that time period. Ruler features DC Superhero characters: Superman, Captain Marvel (Shazam), Batman, The Flash, Aquaman, Robin and Wonder Woman. Characters are standing in list order on top of prior character's shoulders with Wonder Woman holding the DC Comics logo overhead. Bottom edge of image has "Characters ©DC Comics, Inc." Plastic Ruler is ruled to 8 inches and actual size is approx. 8-5/8" Long x 2-1/8" High. It comes as pictured, stored away from light since being obtained in the 70's. Colors are bright, litho is clean and shows only light marks from when it was manufactured, (remember these where meant as giveaways). Edges of ruler are clean and ruler has not been used or displayed. See Pics for Details. Note: Any Bright Spots in Images are Reflections from Flash.
