From a February 1967, GSS presentation to the Board of Directors of Boeing comes this original 8 X 10, black and white, photo negative of the moon's surface. I am not sure of the type of camera that took this photograph, but it seems to be constructed of horizontally stacked segments. T is some minor scratching and impression marks on the front of this negative. They do not show when the negative is held up to a light source. Please see our other auctions for many interesting items from this collection. This as well as other negatives I have up and will be listing in the near future are from the estate of a former Boeing executive and were part of his personal collection. Some are loose and others, like this one are taped into large size slide frames. Many of those are marked with GSS presentation to the board of directors and are dated 1967 with varying days. This is a very rare opportunity to own a great original color negative! Make your own prints. Negative is in good condition, but may have minor sratching and wear from handling.
