This auction contains an original Lionel standard gauge 380E electric engine that was produced in the late 1920's. This piece has been repainted and restored, including new wheels. I bench tested the unit and it runs nicely. I assume this to be the E type and not the plain 380 as it has the E plate in the middle. There is a slot on the side for a lever for an e-unit, but the motor has an original e type switch on the bottom. Can't figure that out. The engine only runs north and not south. Buyer pays shipping and handling according to weight and state.
