I am selling my mom's doll collection so I do not know too much about the dress that I am listing. Up for sale are 2 ORIGINAL Shirley Temple "DANCING DRESSES"......both measure 8" from shoulder to hem. The indigo colored dress is NOT TAGGED but does have a size tag that has 18 marked on it. The dress color is very vivid with pink (replaced) bows and wrist ties. The dress is still crisp but has some small spots/stains on the front and back......maybe they will come out......I did not try and want to ruin the dress. Please see the pictures of spots/stains and the condition of the dress hem. The hem is not jagged and torn all the way around......it is fine in the back. Two mother of pearl buttons close the dress. The pink dress is a faded pink with faded original blue ribbons. It is NOT TAGGED but does have the size tag remnants present. There is very little elastic left in the sleeves. Please see pictures of the hole under the left sleeve and the stitching coming apart slightly on the right sleeve. Two mother of pearl buttons close the dress. Besides the flaws that I already stated.......i do not see any other tears or stains on the dress. NO odors on either dress!! Buy with confidence!!
