Vintage, unrestored Northland Skis advertising poster, artist listed as Kramer and created in 1935. The Northland Ski Manufacturing Company produced skis, hockey sticks, and other winter sports equipment. It was founded in 1911 by Norwegian-born Christian A. Lund in Minnesota. In its prime, the company manufactured equipment in Hastings and St. Paul, Minnesota, and Laconia, New Hampshire. Northland was the nationâs largest producer of Winter Sporting equipment when this poster was created. The poster is in fair condition, with some edge wear and tearing, as well as pinholes from being previously hung (see photos). It measures 38 inches x 25 inches.
