This buckle has a beautifully hand engraved face with a figure of a bull and rider in high relief and excellent detail--the detail is so good that you can read the bull's brand! The face reads: "Margarita Classic Champion", with the date: "2001" and the figure of a Margarita glass! The two hand-cut and hand-engraved panels frame the central diagonal beautifully! Each panel has two stones--blue and red--in the hand-cut floral accents. It's a spectacular buckle! The face measures 3" x 4". On the back is the maker's hallmark: "Red Bluff Buckles" (New Mexico). As you know, Red Bluff hires Native American silversmiths (Navajos) and they are very talented and highly skilled at making buckles--they make ornate hand-cut and hand-engraved figures, hand-cut letters and fit and finish them beautifully! Their buckles are truly works of art! This buckle is a salesman's sample, and has never been worn or used. It is in factory new condition, in the original box. Fits a belt up to 1-5/8" wide.
