GOD BLESS ! Beautiful and strong double - sided Russian Orthodox SILVER CROSS with Crucifixion of Jesus the Christ and Icon of The Mother of God " GREAT PANAGIA " . " Panagia " meaning " all - holy " in Greek. This icon is one of the oldest icons of the Mother of God " The Sign " , originating from the famous holy image in the Blachernae Church in Constantinople. For many centuries people turned to this icon asking for cure and relief from their sorrows and afflictions. The cross is made of Sterling Silver, 925 tests at the Jeweller company of Russia. The sizes are : W - 0.70" , L - 1.50" . On the back side of the cross - the image of the Icon Mother of God " Great Panagia " . The weight is about 5.6 gr. Jeweller work is carried out on Blessing of Russian Orthodox Church by ancient traditions. Can be used as bodycross. The cross was consecreated with prayer in Seraphim Sarov Convent in Diveevo.
