Scarce.A nice copy of this very scarce and interesting anthropological paper on the Athapaskan peoples of Canada and Alaska. This slender monograph is about several Athabaskan peoples, include: the Han, Ingalik, Bear Lake, Beaver, Ahtena, Carrier, Chilcotin, Chipewyan, Dogrib, Hare, Kaska, Koyukon, and Kutchin. It was published in the famed series "Yale University Publications in Anthropology". Cornelius Osgood became the editor of the series and also wrote several other volumes which I have listed on ebay, including: No. 14, "Contributions to the Ethnography of the Kutchin," No. 16, "The Ethnography of the Tanaina," No. 22, "Ingalik Material Culture," and No. 25, "The Ciboney Culture of Cayo Redondo, Cuba." Published more than 70 years ago, this book is now long out of print and rare. There is only one other First Edition copy of this book listed for sale in America, and it is priced $47.
