Pair (2) Vintage Wood Office Arm Desk Chairs Up for auction are 2 wonderful vintage wooden strong & sturdy office desk chairs with spindle arms and legs. (see pictures ) The chairs are very comfortable and measure approx. 32 1⁄2âe tall x 23âe wide x 19âe deep. I assume they are solid oak. I am selling them for a friend. She has had them in her den since her husband received them from his broker at a Merrill Lynch Brokerage office, when the office was being redecorated. She has had them for a number of years and does not know the original age. Finish has some wear of the finish on seats, arms and edges of arms and legs, all appropriate to age. It is hard to find sturdy wood chairs like this today. These chairs remind me of chairs that my father had in his office waiting room in the 1940s & 1950s. You can arrange for local pickup yourself or have a mover come for them. Pickup must be within 3 weeks of the end of the auction. I may be able to extend the pickup time for another 2-3 weeks.
