A pair of Art Nouveau sterling silver candlesticks, by J. R Griffin, with floral leaf design edges, Chester 1919, each candlestick measuring 3 1/4 inches (8.5cm) in height. The hallmarks are clear on both candlesticks and show the maker's mark 'J & R G', the standard mark of the 'Lion Passant', the city mark for Chester of the 'Three Wheatsheaves with Sword' and the date letter ' T '. Candlesticks weigh 131 grams. Candlesticks are in overall very good condition. Please note, any purchased item will be packed with the utmost care, using bubble wrap to protect, then sent in a sturdy box by Royal Mail Special Delivery, and will be insured at no extra cost.
