Two large folding knives made by thewestern Knife Company. 1) Full-sized trapper, stamped “Western U.S.A. 691”. 4 ¼” closed. Blades appear to have been polished. Some light staining but no deep rust. Nice brown jigged bone handles, very good snap on both blades. 2) Large folding hunter, stamped “Western U.S.A. 062”. Just over 5” closed with one regular and one long clip blade. Both blades have been sharpened. There is some battering on one side of the front bolster. Nice brown jigged bone handles, very good snap on both blades.Good users, or maybe they will fill out someone’s collection. I am just thinning out my collection.
