Stunning Pair of White Sandstone Royal Haeger Greyhounds A few eBayer's have contacted me to say they did not think this pair of Greyhounds are Vintage. Since my reference books do not show any items past the 70's and 80's they may be listed in a newer version. So I have removed any info that indicates they are vintage. I am still checking on their status so stay tuned. In the meantime if you would still like to have this really nice pair, please note that I have them listed way lower than what would be suggested if they were vintage. This is the Vintage Listing One dog has his head up and the other his head down. You can find them in the book "Haeger Potteries, Through the Years 1930-1976" on page 234. Both are from the 1940's. The Greyhound with the head down is marked #166 and the other with the head up is marked #167. In the book their value is listed at $150.00 each and since this book is over 30 years old I would think their value would only increase. Both are in great condition. The pictures shown seem to make the Greyhounds a grayish color. They are actually white but not a bright white. So if you are a collector and would like to have this pair for your very own, the bidding will start low. No reserve...so have fund and bid away. Check out my other items !
