We are selling a pair of sterling silver bolo tie tips that have been reclaimed from a bolo in a previous life/use. Although they are not marked, we are calling them sterling based on their look and feel. These tips look to be pretty old, but we did not do the reclaiming, so we don’t know how old they are. These tips have a zig-zag design around each of the shafts less than an inch from the crimp-ends. These tips are 2 ¼ inches long and are ¼ inch wide at the crimp-end. The ball on the end is not completely round. Instead it is sort-of flattened into a 10mm diameter shape with a small ball on the tip. They weigh approximately 4 grams. These tips have some use wear and definitely need to have the tarnish removed. However, they do not appear to be misshapen and are pretty straight. They are ready for a new home and a new use. For the shipping charges to be combined, you will need to get a combined total from us before making payment (in other words, if you pay for each item separately, we don’t adjust the shipping charges). Payment: All payments must be made within 3 business days - PayPal only please. And, i f you use PayPal’s echeck option, we will ship your item after the echeck clears. Shipping & Handling: Once payment has been made and cleared, your package normally will be shipped the next postal business day. If there is a delay on our end, we will email you. As described above, we will be glad to combine shipping costs if you win multiple auctions – just let us know that is what you want to do. We normally include a $1 for handling costs (wrappings and transportation) in our listings. And, we usually ship via US Postal Service’s parcel post unless we find a cheaper alternative or the item’s size or fragility warrants a different method. We will be happy to accommodate your request to use another shipment method (such as priority delivery) instead of the one in the listing; we will need to revise the shipping cost on the invoice before you make payment. If you want an estimate of the revised costs before the auction ends, we will need your zip code. Of course, local pickup in Knoxville (without a shipping cost) is always an option.
