Pamela Tahbo Namingha Hopi Pueblo Native American Indian Pottery This gorgeous sikyatki pot was hand coiled by Hopi potter, Pamela Tahbo Namingha.This pot features a kiva steps motif painted black and red/terracotta on tan. The balanced shape, fantastic painting, and beautiful polish, make this an exceptional pot. It is in mint condition.It measures 6” hby 6 1/4” w and is signed “Pam Tahbo Namingha Tewa-Hopi”. Pamela is the great-granddaughter of Grace Chapella; granddaughter of Alma Tahbo; daughter of Ramon Tahbo; and sister of Mark and Dianna Tahbo. She is of the Tobacco-Spider Clan from Polacca, Arizona. With Mark and Dianna as mentors she has developed into a fine potter. Her pots are relatively difficult to find.
