THEY WERE NEVER GIVEN OUT OR MEANT FOR THE PUBLIC.They were Prowler die cast models attached to fiberglass bases with various inscriptions, depending upon the occasion. They were the ONLY Chrysler products before or since, promoted this way, which makes them TRULY UNIQUE amongst ANY automaker's promotional items.THIS PROWLER sits on a base with the inscription: Pebble Beach - Concours d'Elegance - The Lodge At Pebble Beach - 17 August 1996"This has become VERY RARE AND VERY COLLECTIBLE For the Prowler collector. I have personally owned this Puddle Collectible for 10 years and it has sit in my display case without being played with and seldom even touched. You know how much my Grand kids wanted to get their hands on it. Now that they are getting of age, they want to drive the real thing.
