Has cover like the old Saturday Evening Post and about the same size at 9" by 12"; this one has 2 young men waiting for the tip-off in Basketball, she is dressed formally and the illustration is entitled "Waiting for the Whistle" by artist Gavino Reyes Congson; it has his initials at lower left and full name at lower right. (Gavino Reyes Congson just passed away in 2006 at the age of 97!!!).. Cover price is 30 Centavos; 3 Pesos a year. Editor and Publisher is A.V.H. Hartendorp with offices in Manila.
