This 1977 playset is in the BEST condition. The cardboard is in GREAT shape NO rips or bad spots. Only thing missing from this is the rubber band that controled the doors. THATS IT. VERY clean and is the nicest one i have seen out of the box. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
