Our reserve is the opening bid.We will be listing more Washington State RPPCs. We have a town view of White Salmon listed. This is an interesting antique Postcard. Two men stand on railroad tracks on the Washington side of the Columbia River. One man is holding a rifle or shotgun and the other man appears to only hold a jacket. They must be hunters. The back is pencil scripted "Near Lyle or White Salmon, Wash." The photo is a nice brownish color and has very good contrast. There is a white burned out area on the left side. The postcard was not mailed and is in very good condition. If you turn it to catch glare, you see a little silvery sheen from the old photo printing process. It is 5 3/8 by 3 3/8 inches and we estimate it to be from about 1910 to 1914 or so, give or take a few short years. What a nice view! Please email questions and we welcome info. We will combine purchases to save you money, but you must wait for our invoice to receive these savings. We pack with great care using heavy cardboard. Please email any questions you may have re item, payment and shipping. . The colored text does not appear on the actual postcard. The photo is a nice brown color and has very good contrast. There is an overexposed area at the left. The photo does not have the bluish tone seen below
