This is a Flash Tube (Strobe Lamp ) that can be used in a classic photobooth. This Flash Tube has a white porcelain bottom with four pins. It can be used in the earlier version photobooths with a silver strobe unit, Model 11 , Model 11C , Model 14 , Model 17 , etc. . This Flash Tube isn't for the upgraded photobooths with the blue AP-10 ( AP10 ) strobe unit which uses 8 pin bottom flash tubes. I tested it with a Auto Photo Studio Model 14 photobooth with a Auto Photo Systems model 9113 silver strobe unit and it does flash. It should also work with a Model 9128 silver strobe assembly as well as some others. This is new old stock (NOS) from an abandon photo booth business in a New York City warehouse from the early 1970's. Oil from the skin might affect the surface of this flash tube. So care should be taken when handling it by using a clean cloth when installing.
