The item shown is the exact item you will receive. I opened 1 kit to display the buildings for these photos. The kit you receive WILL BE factory sealed - unopened. You are bidding on a Plasticville Boxed Set of #45983 Hobo Jungle. This kit includes 2 Hobo Shacks, Railroad Workcar (this set refers to it as a "Boxcar", and an Outhouse. These items were molded after the original Plasticville items from the mid 1950's to mid 1960's. This re-release of those vintage items was done in the 1990's by Bachman. As with all of my items, the shipping is FREE and satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return for a full refund.
