Plasticville Bachmann Bros., Inc., Ranch House Kit, RH-1 Great old Plasticville Ranch House kit still in its' original box. This house is the harder to find lemon yellow color with a white roof. No missing parts, no cracks, breaks, or glue. The box has age/shelf wear including several small rips and some tape. It will be shipped disassembled. I've wiped it off, any additional cleaning is being left to the buyer's discretion. It's been kept in a pet and smoke free environment since it's been in my possession, I can't say how it was stored prior to that but I haven't noticed any foul odors. Please carefully review the photos and ask any questions prior to bidding.
