I will combine items for shipping and will invoice buyer but please don't pay until I invoice. This is for Playmobil, Safari or first aid building, swing, signs, cots. What's in the picture is what you will get. A non smoking house. We have collected Playmobil for 20 years and need to clear some of it out. <<<<< Shipping quoted on this item is just an estimate I will adjust to where buyer is located when I have address >>>>> Buyer pays payment shipping/handling by PAYPAL within 3 days after the close of auction. Unpaid buyer alert is done on day 4 as a reminder. <<<<<<< I ship when payment clears to my checking account. >>>>> Once the package gets to the post office it's out of my hands on how long it takes to process or where they process it. I usually ship parcel post or first class unless requested to send otherwise. All pkgs come with delivery confirmation, that's part of my shipping/handling fee along with packing supplies, $3.00+ gallon gas, time etc. I do feedback when I know item has been received by the buyer and has done feedback. Sorry I have to put all this in here but some buyers just don't understand.
