This is a traditional Dominican five-decade rosary. It will last a lifetime. All of my rosaries - should the construction break during normal prayer - may be returned at any time for free repairs.Beads: Shiny gray hematite - 6mm round for the Aves and 10mm twisted ovals for the Pater beads.Crucifix: 2" Ornate Indulgence Crucifix. Beautifully detailed on both the front and back. Also know as a Pardon Crucifix, one is given special indulgences by Pope Pius X for devoutly praying on, or kissing the crucifix. Hanging from the crossbar are a Miraculous Medal and a St Benedict medal. The reverse reads "Father Forgive Them" and "Behold This Heart Which Has So Loved Men." Made in ItalyCenter: Double-sided medal depicting St Francis with the wolf of Gubbio on one side and Pope Francis on the other. Measures 1" high. Made in Italy.Length: Approximately 23". (This measurement represents the length from the bottom of the crucifix to the middle of the third decade.)Construction: Chain link with wire-wrapped Pater beads and connection points.
