Description: A handpainted, intricately decorated figurine of a young woman feeding a goat while holding bunches of grapes in her apron.The figure is modelled in an elongated style using many different pastel colours with gilding around the base. Unfortunately, the piece has sustained some damage and see below for details of condition. Measurements: 20cm high x 9.5cm wide (across base) Maker: Base incised with '277' and clearly stamped with a blue crowned 'N' and 'MADE IN ITALY' which I understand is for Capodimonte. (see photo 6) Condition: The finger of her left hand and whatever she was holding (possibly grapes) are missing - see photo 4. Two of the little blue flowers on the base are missing a petal each - see photo 5. Apart from the damaged detailed above, the item is in good condition and the rest of the decoration appears to be intact. Of course, if a buyer is not satisfied with the piece, I am happy to give a complete refund on return of the item. Please note that this piece has a damaged right hand (not left as described above)
