Pre-historic Quartzite PROJECTILE POINT, Beaver Creek, Alberta (BC-Site) (4584) Description Pre-historic Red-White Quartzite PROJECTILE POINT, Beaver Creek, Alberta (BC-Site). Lot 4584 BC-Site. Nicely formed projectile point, red-white quartzite. Collected/found by my dad in 1969 / 1970. These were in a box labeled BC Site - Collected May-June 1969, April 1970, October, 1970.Size: 27.34 mm long x 18.08 mm x 6.64 mm. The location found for this is the Beaver Creek site (SW 1/4 of Sect 72 - Township 56 - Range Rd - 2M East and 1/4 mile North of Bruderheim, AB). From my dad's personal collection of pre-historic artifacts.My dad was a long-time (50 years) collector of native and fur trade items. He was a historian / archaeologist. All of these items are from his collection. Our items have been featured on the Canadian Antiques Roadshow and the prestigious auction house, Bonhams and Butterfields in San Francisco sold some of our native items.
