Pre-historic Quartzite PROJECTILE POINT, Beaver Creek, Alberta (BC-Site) #4985 Description Pre-historic Quartzite PROJECTILE POINT, Beaver Creek, Alberta (BC-Site), Lot #4985 BC-Site. Projectile Point, white quartzite. Collected/found by my dad in July, 1963.Size: 33.95 mm long x 11.26 mm x 5.74 mm.The location that this was found is the Beaver Creek Site (SW 1/4 of Sect 72, Township 56, Range Rd - 2M East and 1/4 mile north of Bruderheim, Alberta).From my dad's personal collection of pre-historic artifacts. This along with a number of artifacts were in a box labeled Beaver Creek site - July 1963. I'll be listing mor artifacts from this box/site.My dad was a long-time (50 years) collector of native and fur trade items. He was a historian / archaeologist. All of these items are from his collection. Our items have been featured on the Canadian Antiques Roadshow and the prestigious auction house, Bonhams and Butterfields in San Francisco sold some of our native items. Our specialty is items of Plains, Plateau, Sub-Arctic and Arctic people as well as Fur Trade - specifically, HBC. ShippingShipping is done by USPS unless otherwise listed.
