This auction is for one pre WWII American Flyer standard gauge locomotive and cars This is a complete train set except for a transformer. It includes track and switches to make a figure "8" layout. This set belonged to my uncle in the 30's I'm guessing. It was in storage until 1996 when my mother gave it to me. It's been sitting on a shelf in our basement for 17 years. It needs a GOOD home! The set includes: 4613 Locomotive 4021 Caboose 4142 Observation car A stock car (couldn't find a #) A passenger car (couldn't find a #) 12 curved track 6 straight track 2 manual switches All the original boxes in various conditions The original box that the train set came in I would consider this set to be in exceptional condition. It has to be at least 75+ years old. It has never been cleaned, painted or restored. You are buying it as is. I have no way to test it, but I have no reason to think it won't run.
