I have some other presidential signed items listed if you'd like to check those out.This is a President Jimmy Carter h and signed /personally signed (black marker) 8" x 10" color photo.The photo was mailed to President Carter at his Atlanta office for signature.He is seen see with in Havana, Cuba warming up to throw out the first pitch at a baseball game hosted by Cuban leader Fidel Castro in 2002.There are no issues with the photo and it is printed on Fuji photo paper. This is hand signed, mailed to Carter's office by myself then returned to me.President Carter turned 97 years and no longer honors through the mail autograph requests.I have been collecting presidential signed memorabilia for over 30 years and the items that I sell are from my personal collection. The signed items that I list on eBay were mailed to the President for him to sign then mail back. Due to my age it's time to pass these valued items onto others.30 day return policy. Shipping via USPS with tracking number provided to you. I will pack well so this arrives undamaged, in a plastic top loader in between two pieces of cardboard.Thank you!
