....this wooden server is made from old reclaimed thick pine board.....I've put 4 chunky square feet on this one, screwed on with big old slotted reclaimed rusty screws (boy, did that take some "doing"!)...but it was worth it....looks so old! The Riser measures approximately 13" x 11" x 4".....I painted this one in Pumpkin and gave it an old distressed & aged finish....the wooden bowl measures about 10" x 11" x 3", it has no mark but you can see the lathe grooves w it was turned. I've painted the bowl in layers of paint, ending with Lexington Green, distressed & aged as well....the inside is stained in Dark Walnut. I've filled the bowl with old dried gourds (which aren't included)...but you could use your favorite bowl filler....old textile balls, other drieds....a great primitive look for your old country home.
