The photo only shows two shafts but the offering is for 4 total shafts. The photo is only for representation. For those discerning few who require 'the best', we decided to offer some of our own 'Private Reserve' Sno-White tapered shafts (.725 to .875) to our friends. We do not normally sell these as they are selected out of the thousands and thousands of shafts we generate each month. We use these exclusively on our own custom cues and come from our own 'private reserve' inventory. Perhaps it does sound a bit corny but they are in fact, our private stock which is not normally for sale. Additionally and as added value, each tapered shaft has been dipped in Resolute for preservation and stabilization. We sell high end 1" shaft wood dowels for $20-$25 each with up to 15 or so rings per inch. These are worth considerably more as they have months of tapering on them. They are the finest available and extremely difficult to come by. Anyone else offering superb Sno-White tapered shafts with this type of growth ring concentration and in matched sets? Here we show a photo of the exact tapered shafts you will receive. As you can see these are top grade quarter sawn white (vacuum dried), straight grain, no run off, no mineral or sugar and perfectly straight (no warping). Additionally, these tapered shafts have exceptionally high growth ring concentration . You will also find that our shafts are more dense and therefore weigh more than what you're probably using now. These tapered shafts are most certainly premium quality and worthy of a premium bid. When was the last time you saw this type of growth ring concentration coupled with top quality tapered shaft? These are exceptional high end tapered shafts worthy of the finest of cues. You will not be disappointed. In fact, if you are NOT 100% satisfied, we will accept a return of all of them and even pay your return postage; that's how confident we are with these shafts. We sell about 1000+ shafts a month in various forms. We bring in the finest (vacuum and kiln dried) hard maple boards (1000 BF at a time) from northern Michigan. These boards are specifically accumulated for us according to our specifications. When our supplier (and friend) accumulates 1000 BF, they are then trucked over to us. We then cut each board into squares and then about 30 days later we make 1" dowels with our doweling machine. As with all our products, we do it all ourselves to maintain our high quality standards.
