RailKing (MTH) UP 4-8-8-4 Big Boy - C2 Backround: I purchased this "Big Boy" from an ad. The owner said that it had never been run. I took it home and test ran it on a straight portion of my layout. (My layout curves are too small for this locomotive). It ran fine F-N-R. The sound effects were working. I listed it on ebay, and it sold. However, the buyer returned it because he could not get it to run. The buyer received a full refund. When I got it back, I could not get it to run either, and there was no sound. Only the headlight would come on. I am not familar with the modern technology of these trains, so I don't even know where to begin to get it to run. Accordingly, this stunning locomotive is being sold "as is." There will be "no return" for this item.
