Up for auction is a cabinet photo of an adorable black baby. As you can see in the picture this card is in very good condition. The photo taken is an excellent reference duplication as to the true condition of the photo. T are no stain spots on either side of the card. When looking closely to the background you can see the baby sets upon a quilt in a big chair which has buttons because the button to the right side of the head is missing. Written on the bottom front is GROSS, 530 E. First St. Dayton, O. The backside is blank. Measures 4 by 6 ½". I purchased a photo album, at a flea market, at the same time I purchased a history book of the 1910 9 th Calvary, a mostly black regiment, out of Fort Russell, Wyoming. The photo album had many white cabinet photos along with all the blacks I have listed. I am describing this image as exact as possible. If I have missed something please be sure to bring it to my attention so it may be corrected. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. I will be happy to combined items to save the winning bidder money on shipment. Be sure to watch my page for the many more treasures from my Black Americana collection. May you enjoy my friends as much as I have over the last 25 years.
