Up for sale is this beautiful lidded candy box, complete with the 2 small dishes, from Royal Winton/Grimwades in the hard to find "Oriental Fantasy" pattern, dated in the 1950s. The candy box and 2 dishes are in excellent condition. The box measures just over 1" high and about 5 1/2" by 3 3/4" across the top. T are no chips, cracks or stains and only minor crazing commensurate with age. T is very minor wear to the gilt trim. The gold trim and the transfer colors are bright and vibrant. Guaranteed to be vintage pieces of Royal Winton chintz! Please email any questions early and prior to bidding, if necessary. A great Christmas gift for that "Oriental Fantasy" collector. These pieces are rare and very hard to find. Winner must pay with Paypal within 2 days of auction ending, or forfeit the sale.
