This is a gorgeous Stanley #62 Low angle plane. The previous owner reconditioned the whole thing and did a fine job at that. The handles have no cracks or chips and have a beautiful sheen to them. the Blade has the "SW" logo and t's lots of blade left. The sole has been lapped flat and t is no rust, chips or cracks . The cap iron has stanley scribed on the knob as well as the depth adjustment wheel. The adjustable mouth is functional. All-in-all this is a very nice plane for both a rare collectable and as a great user for slicing end grain. Good luck and please as questions. Insurance will be provided as a courtesy.
